Photo drafts stay in this browser. Only after you consent and select Generate are the selected photos sent through K2 to a third-party 3D processing service and stored privately by K2 with your model. Photos attached to an inquiry are uploaded and saved only when you submit it.

Downloaded photo bundles contain your original files, which may include location metadata or readable plates. Review the bundle before sharing it. Downloads do not send us an order.

Photo preparation and design drafts can be cleared using their page controls. Generated job records and model files are stored separately on K2 servers for your signed-in account. Deleting a local draft does not delete server models.

K2 stores account details, models, submitted photos and order information. Authorized administrators may view your models, photos, name, email, phone and shipping address to handle inquiries, orders and delivery. Other customers cannot access them. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Contact support to request access to or deletion of your data. PayPal processes generation and physical-set payments. K2 stores PayPal order and capture IDs, payment status and the accepted terms version. For a physical order, your delivery details are sent to PayPal to process the order. K2 does not store card numbers.
